Kakobuy Spreadsheet: browse, check, then budget

Sixteen category routes for product discovery. Open an actual listing to check the seller, variant, current price and stock before sending a link to the agent.

Why freight cannot be read from a category photo

A category does not establish a parcel’s weight or cost. Size, materials, quantity, protective packaging and the selected route all matter. Use a provisional estimator quote for planning, then confirm actual packed measurements and the final eligible freight subtotal before applying a coupon.

Each category includes a practical check instead of a predicted coupon tier. A product image can help you find a style, but it cannot establish authenticity, quality, dimensions or destination eligibility. Save the exact item link and selected specification.

How a shelf item becomes an order

Open a card, pick an item, copy its link. On Kakobuy, paste that link into the order flow, or use the image search if the link format is not supported. The agent buys the item, photographs it at the warehouse, and holds it in storage while you decide what ships together. Nothing about that flow touches this site: we are the catalog in front of the process, not a seller inside it. The full chain, including where coupons are applied during checkout, is walked through step by step in the first order guide.

Shelves that ship on restricted lines

Fragrance and electronics need a route check before purchase. Some routes exclude batteries or perfume; other routes list limited liquid or battery categories. Those labels do not establish acceptance of the exact product. Confirm the ingredients or battery specification, packaging and destination. Mixing one restricted item with clothing can change the whole parcel’s eligible routes; compare separate packing only after each item’s acceptance is confirmed.

Picking an item once you are on a shelf

Judging a listing before you order is its own skill: matching the photos against the seller's sales history, reading sizes from the measurement table instead of the label, and noticing when one photo set appears in five different shops. The choosing guide covers deciding what to buy in detail; the short version is that the listing with the most complete measurement table usually beats the listing with the best cover photo.
