Help, the jargon and common coupon questions

Need help with an order, a term, or a coupon that will not attach? This page routes each problem to the right place, and answers common questions about coupon conditions.

Official support channels, with hours

Order problems belong with official account support. The retained contact page labels live chat 09:00–18:30 Monday to Friday, BST; do not silently treat that as year-round UK local time. Convert for the relevant date and check current hours. Use the service contact for private order details, the business address for cooperation, and public communities only for redacted experience questions. Published company names identify claims, not independently verified registration or service quality.

Glossary: the terms you will see

A short glossary of the jargon this hobby assumes. QC: the warehouse photo check of your items, scope explained in the QC guide. GL and RL: green light and red light, community shorthand for a QC verdict, keep it or return it; the operator publishes no such grades, the verdict is yours. Haul: a batch of items bought together, usually shipped as one parcel. Freight floor: our term on this site for the spend threshold on a shipping coupon, the amount your freight bill must pass before the tag applies. W2C: where to cop, community shorthand for asking where an item can be found. Spreadsheet: a curated, browsable catalog of finds like the one on our category shelves, not a literal grid file.

Community venues, and how to read them

Real reports from other shoppers live on the operator's official Discord, and in agent-shopping communities on Reddit, YouTube haul reviews and TikTok. Community feedback is strongest on concrete questions, how a seller's sizing runs, what a line's customs record has been lately, and weakest exactly where this site is strictest: numbers. What shoppers say about coupon values circulates for months after windows close, which is why every code on this site carries dates, and why the anatomy guide treats undated community codes as unpriceable until matched to an official page.

Frequently asked coupon questions

My festival code will not redeem. What do I check first?
Check the exact code, the stated redemption dates and the current account menu. The announcement gives 10–31 October 2026, Beijing time, for this pack. Two retained official pages show different menu paths; consult the current Coupons section and any displayed error. Publication within a date window does not prove account availability. See the terms guide.
Why does my coupon not apply at checkout even though it is redeemed?
Check the coupon’s own expiry, eligible freight subtotal, account restrictions and permitted stacking. The published floor is only one condition. The checker tests that floor; the actual checkout establishes whether the coupon applies.
Is the sign-up gift really worth the advertised amount?
The dated announcement describes a face-value coupon bundle, not cash. The coupons received in your account may have separate floors and deadlines. Check them individually using the sign-up checklist.
Do coupons work on the goods price?
No current public offer we track does. Every tag in the festival pack, the landing page coupon and the subsidy all apply to international freight only, see the costs page for where that sits in the full stack.
Does storing items longer help me reach a bigger coupon?
Consolidation can change freight, but more spending does not automatically create a saving. Keep the storage deadline, seller return window and each coupon’s use deadline separate. The pack’s redemption window is not proof of an issued coupon’s expiry. The buying guide explains these clocks.
Why do the sign-up gift figures differ between pages?
The retained promotional badges and dated announcement are inconsistent, and the sources do not explain why. We use the dated announcement as historical context and ask you to check the current account’s coupons. See the sign-up terms.
Can this site give me a working invite or discount code?
We distinguish the dated festival announcement from the undated landing-page code. Neither publication proves the code is currently available to your account. We do not distribute private codes.
Something on this site looks wrong or out of date. Where do I say so?
Mail [email protected]. Coupon facts age fast; if an operator page changed under one of our citations, we want to know, and the update log records the fix.

What this site can and cannot help with

We can help you read offers, price the stack and find items: that is the whole purpose of the catalog and the coupon pages. We cannot see your account, your orders or your parcels, and nothing here overrides what the operator's checkout shows you. If this page and checkout disagree, checkout is the contract; our job is making sure you are never surprised by it.
